Needed a front door molding replaced on my Bronco - they got the part super fast, despite being a new customer and then came and replaced it while I was at work! Sean R. kept me updated as the task was being completed, since I couldn't leave my meeting, all while keeping me laughing and entertained during our conversation. I have NEVER had customer service this great from a dealership like I have had with this one..... Here is where you need to go for any car repairs- even routine maintenance!

I love the service department at Valley Ford. I have a new Expedition so I've only been there a couple times but so far it's been exceptional. My experience is that the time they tell you the car will be ready is worst case. It's been done sooner. Also when they inspected the vehicle they created a video showing the inspection! That was great. They are friendly and very helpful. And if you don't want to wait at the dealership, there's a wonderful coffee shop just around the corner!

Easy used car buying experience, no pressure, no stress, ask for Gary. I came in with my trade valued from their website, they briefly looked over my truck and gave me that price, which was above KBB price, also negotiated a small discount on the price of the vehicle that I wanted. Best car buying experience I have ever had even easier then the time I bought a car from a dealership where my uncle was the GM.

You can tell he's great from introductions alone—the kind of guy that almost seems too cool to be talking to. Super authentic, knowledgable, and transparent.
