Bought a new Bronco from a few hours away because the price was right and boy am I happy I did. The buying process was super streamlined and Valley Ford of Huron was excellent to work with. After agreeing on a price, I went down the next day and bought the vehicle. I love the service department at Valley Ford. I have a new Expedition so I've only been there a couple times but so far it's been exceptional. My experience is that the time they tell you the car will be ready is worst case. It's been done sooner. Also when they inspected the vehicle they created a video showing the inspection! That was great. They are friendly and very helpful. And if you don't want to wait at the dealership, there's a wonderful coffee shop just around the corner!
I drove 2 hours to look at a Bronco with Corey being my contact. Easy used car buying experience, no pressure, no stress, ask for Gary. I came in with my trade valued from their website, they briefly looked over my truck and gave me that price, which was above KBB price, also negotiated a small discount on the price of the vehicle that I wanted. Best car buying experience I have ever had even easier then the time I bought a car from a dealership where my uncle was the GM.

The car is fantastic and was a great deal for multiple reasons, but Nick truly made the experience memorable. You can tell he's great from introductions alone—the kind of guy that almost seems too cool to be talking to. Super authentic, knowledgable, and transparent. He went above and beyond taking extra efforts for both my mother and I that weren't "necessary" per say but really gave us peace of mind; that shows real care. 10/10. P.S. the soft serve place across the street is fantastic.

Gary was a very helpful and genuine salesman, who helped me get the truck that I wanted. The dealer is a little smaller than I am used to, and he had to juggle a few customers while working with me. Regardless I still received excellent service from him, the other salesmen and the finance guy. They helped me secure a loan with a lower percentage than my credit union, and helped me reprogram my door code without having the owners manual.
